Social Media & Client Success Coordinator

**Hours:** 5 hours per week **Location:** Remote with occasional in\-person meetings in the Kansas City area About SocialSOULE SocialSOULE is a growing social media marketing agency specializing in hospitality, restaurant, lifestyle, wellness, and local service brands. We help businesses grow through content creation, social media management, and digital marketing strategies. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Social Media \& Client Coordinator to help keep projects moving, support client communication, and assist with day\-to\-day agency operations. Responsibilities * Coordinate content shoot schedules with clients * Send client reminders and follow\-up communications * Organize client assets, photos, videos, and documents in Google Drive * Upload content into scheduling and project management platforms * Track content approvals and revisions * Assist with onboarding new clients * Maintain project timelines and task lists * Update client records and project statuses * Support proposal, contract, and onboarding processes * Help ensure deliverables are completed on schedule * Provide administrative support to agency leadership Qualifications * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Excellent written and verbal communication * Comfortable using Google Workspace * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Self\-motivated and dependable * Strong problem\-solving skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications * Experience with social media marketing or digital marketing * Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn * Experience with HoneyBook, Rella, Notion, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar project management tools * Previous administrative, coordinator, virtual assistant, or account support experience Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys keeping projects on track, and thrives in a fast\-paced environment.
