Read on!!How you’ll make a big impact here – and on your career:As a Senior Product Manager on the Versapay AR Automation team, you will act as the single accountable owner for a critical product area, responsible for delivering measurable business outcomes—not just features. You will lead the evolution of our AR platform into an AI-first, highly automated, and scalable system that drives meaningful improvements in cash flow, efficiency, and customer experience. You will operate as a mini-GM for your domain, owning strategy, execution, and commercial success. This includes defining what we build and why, validating opportunities through experimentation, and ensuring successful adoption and performance post-launch.What you'll do:Own measurable business outcomes (adoption, revenue, unit economics, retention) and adjust strategy based on performance signalsAct as the single accountable owner for your product area, making decisions based on data, customer insight, and strategy—not stakeholder opinionDefine and evolve product strategy with clear narratives, including customer problem, expected impact, assumptions, and risksOwn or influence product economics, including revenue performance, cost-to-serve, and monetization strategyDrive end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through commercialization, ensuring delivery translates into real business impactDesign and run structured experiments (concept tests, pilots, pricing tests) to validate opportunities before scalingOperate with an AI-first mindset—leveraging AI across discovery, prototyping, and product capabilitiesContinuously modernize your product, improving architecture, reducing technical debt, and adopting new technologiesApply systems thinking to design scalable, end-to-end customer journeys across workflows, data, and platform componentsOwn go-to-market outcomes end-to-end, including positioning, enablement, adoption, and commercial successPartner cross-functionally to drive alignment, influence decisions, and operationalize product changesDrive towards self-serve, scalable product experiences that reduce operational frictionSynthesize customer insight, product data, and market signals to continuously refine prioritiesLead through influence in a complex environment, making clear decisions under ambiguityCreate clarity through strong written artifacts, decision frameworks, and communicationFoster a high-performance, low-ego culture grounded in accountability and collaborationWhat you'll bring to the team:7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B, fintech, or paymentsProven track record of owning and delivering measurable product outcomesExperience building and scaling complex products, platforms, or APIsStrong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into decisionsExperience designing and running experiments to validate product directionComfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with a bias toward actionStrong technical fluency and ability to partner deeply with engineeringExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive audiencesPassion for customer problems and delivering meaningful, measurable valueWhat will make you stand out:Experience with AR, payments, or financial workflow automationExperience applying AI/ML to product development or product capabilitiesStrong systems-thinking mindset with ability to design scalable solutionsExperience influencing pricing, packaging, or go-to-market strategiesHands-on experience with product analytics or data toolingWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
