Full-Time Bookkeeper

Better Accounting and Tax Strategies, LLC is seeking a dependable, detail\-oriented **Bookkeeper** to join our growing team in Naples, Florida. This is a **full\-time position**, and applicants must currently live in the Naples, Florida area. The bookkeeper will work remotely. **Responsibilities** * Maintain accurate financial records for clients * Record and categorize financial transactions * Perform bank and credit card reconciliations * Manage accounts payable * Assist with payroll\-related bookkeeping and reporting * Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules * Maintain organized client records and documentation * Communicate professionally with clients regarding bookkeeping matters * Work closely with our accounting and tax professionals **Qualifications** * Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent organizational and time\-management skills * Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities * Strong computer skills and ability to learn accounting software * Professional communication and customer\-service skills * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team * **Must live in or near Naples, Florida** Experience with **QuickBooks Online** and bookkeeping for multiple clients is a plus. **Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience.** If you are an experienced bookkeeper who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and providing excellent service to clients, we would love to hear from you. **To Apply:** Please submit your resume along with a brief summary of your bookkeeping experience to bill.king@betteraccounting.net.
