Join us in shaping the future of hospitality!About the Role Canary is expanding across APAC and needs a hands-on operator to adapt and scale our products for regional markets. This role blends strategy with execution to localize experiences, drive implementations, and ensure operational excellence with hotel partners from Southeast Asia to ANZ. You will be the bridge between APAC customers and global product, design, and engineering, turning market insights into roadmap impact. Success looks like accelerated adoption, smooth launches, and measurable regional business outcomes.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute APAC-tailored product strategies informed by local regulations, customer behavior, and competitive dynamicsLead regional implementations and onboarding, removing operational bottlenecks and ensuring quality launchesDrive localization efforts including translations, payments, and compliancePartner with Sales, CS, and Marketing across APAC to capture feedback and align GTM with productRepresent APAC needs into the global roadmap and cross-functional planningDefine and track APAC-specific KPIs for adoption, retention, and ROI; analyze patterns to prioritize improvementsBuild relationships with key hotel groups and regional tech partners, including PMS and payment providersMonitor the competitive landscape and emerging tech in APAC hospitality to inform strategyQualifications4+ years in product management, strategy, or operations ideally in B2B SaaS or hospitality techProven experience launching or scaling products across APAC marketsStrong operator with bias for action, excellent project management, and cross-functional collaborationData-driven decision maker with strong analytical skillsFluent in English; proficiency in a major APAC language is preferredComfortable working across time zones with globally distributed teams; strong written communication and documentationFamiliarity with APAC payments, regulations, and localization best practicesWe also work hard to ensure Canary is a fun and exciting place to work!
