Real Estate Virtual Assistant (Part-Time)Remote | 20 Hours per Week | Potential to Grow to Full-TimeAbout the ClientOur client is a solo real estate agent who is looking for a reliable Real Estate Virtual Assistant to help manage the day-to-day administrative and marketing tasks of her business. As her business continues to grow, she needs a trusted support partner who can take the operational workload off her plate so she can focus on serving clients and closing deals.This role is ideal for someone with real estate experience and strong English communication skills, who can interact with clients professionally and help maintain an organized and responsive real estate operation.Role OverviewThe Real Estate Virtual Assistant will support the client by managing CRM data, handling communications, assisting with social media posting, and helping maintain consistent client engagement. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of real estate admin tasks.This role will start at 20 hours per week, with strong potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesCRM ManagementMaintain and update client records in the CRM (Lofty), including birthdays, anniversaries, and client notesEnsure client information is organized and kept up to dateTrack and manage the client database and sphere of influenceClient Communication & Follow-UpsMonitor and organize the agent’s inboxAssist with responding to emails in a professional and natural toneFollow up with clients and contacts as directedHelp maintain consistent communication with past and potential clientsSocial Media SupportUpload reels and content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google Business (content will be filmed by the agent)Add appropriate hashtags and ensure posts comply with real estate advertising regulations and housing disclaimersMarketing & Client EngagementUpload client property information to Homebot for property updates and appraisal reportsAssist with sending client milestone reminders such as birthdays and anniversariesCoordinate sending cards and reminders to nurture relationships with the client’s networkAdministrative SupportHelp keep workflows organized and ensure tasks are completed on scheduleAssist with general real estate administrative tasks as neededRequirementsQualificationsRequiredPrevious real estate experience (Real Estate VA, transaction coordinator, or real estate admin support)Strong written and verbal English communication skillsAbility to write emails and messages that sound natural and professional to clientsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and follow through independentlyPreferredExperience using Lofty CRM or similar real estate CRM systemsFamiliarity with Homebot or property update platformsExperience supporting real estate agents or brokeragesIdeal Candidate TraitsProactive and dependableDetail-oriented and organizedComfortable working independently in a remote environmentStrong sense of professionalism when communicating with clientsWhy Join This OpportunityWork directly with a growing real estate businessOpportunity to become a long-term trusted partner to the agentPart-time role with potential to grow into full-timeOriginally posted on Himalayas
