Job Description

Lead, manage, plan, produce, implement, and analyze internal and external communications strategies and tactics for projects, programs, products, and services to various audiences and market segments through varied channels. Functional areas include technical writing, public relations, and/or communications.Manage internal and external stakeholders and audience relations, including relationships with vendors, agencies, and other channel partnersInterpret complex issues and present them effectively; adapt style, tone, and word choice to various channels or stakeholder requestsMaintain a pipeline of potential case studies and references by forging strong relationships with project executives and consulting team members for new topics and content based on trends within the company’s competitive landscapeBuild strong relationships with strategic external partners to maximize reach and influence third parties, such as analysts/ consultancies, to license their content and collaborate to produce or utilize ‘third-party’ white papers & research reportsIdentify cross-team impacts and communicate needs as appropriate to peers and leadershipResponsible for the enterprise content portfolio, including print and digital content directed internally to employees and externally to customers and other company stakeholdersMaintain a macro view of all content related to the company’s corporate brand and Business Unit brands around the globeResearch and write content for online and offline marketing deliverables such as requests for proposals, technical documentation, customer and product brochures, customer and employee testimonials, white papers, case studies, advertising materials, presentations, video and animation scripts, email campaigns, executive speeches, and major internal company announcementsConsult with internal Line of Business Leads to understand their industry, insights, and customer needs, and then provide strategic written communications to support their needsJob SpecificationsTypically has the following skills or abilities:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in related communications work for a variety of mediums and customizing content to targeted audiencesPortfolio of work and completed projectsDemonstrated ability to use creative ideas to research, present, and recommend community involvement proposalsDemonstrated project management, analytical, and problem-solving abilityExcellent verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to speak in group situations with clear and concise communicationStrong writing, editing, communication, presentation, organization, and planning skills; ability to write documentation and reports that are clear, complete, and understood by both technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to organize individual responsibilities for multiple tasks, resulting in the timely and accurate completion and delivery of tasksProficiency with word processing, flowcharts, and spreadsheet applicationsExcellent interpersonal skills to foster cooperation amongst business partners and coordinate internal as well as external resource/workloadRegularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of job dutiesAbility to work with individuals from all levels of the organizationProficient in word processing and desktop publishing applicationsCompensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets.Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. As a part of the compensation package, this role may include eligible bonuses and commissions.
