The OpportunityWork closely with Customer Success and Technical Support stakeholders to respond to and proactively identify challenges that can be solved with system and/or process improvementsLead the prioritization, tracking, delivery and communication of system changes to impacted end users and stakeholdersEducate and evangelize technical best practices to internal constituents to ensure solutions delivered are best of breed for Dataminr’s business model and cultureAct as front-line support to assist users with general questions or technical challenges, troubleshoot any technical issues uncovered and assist end users in resolving their inquiriesManage the integration between Gainsight and Salesforce.com, keeping a keen eye on how changes in either system may impact the otherFor more strategic initiatives, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting user requirements, business flows and solution designs as well as implementing the solution within the appropriate technologyWhat You BringAt Dataminr, we value you for who you are.
