All members are expected to be hands-on and to contribute directly to the company’s mission.About the RoleWe are looking for a Lead Videographer who is passionate about visual storytelling and creating engaging, high-quality content. In this role, you will work closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to produce video materials that elevate BJAK’s brand and drive audience engagement across platforms.This position is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in videography and editing, strong creative instincts, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities1. Creative Direction & ProductionAssist in developing creative concepts and visual approaches for BJAK’s video contentPlan, storyboard, and execute video shoots for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu (XHS)Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footageProduce content ranging from corporate storytelling to fast-turnaround social media videos2. Post-ProductionEdit videos with strong attention to pacing, storytelling, and visual qualityPerform color grading, sound design, basic motion graphics, and subtitlingEnsure consistency and alignment with BJAK’s brand identity across all contentManage multiple editing timelines while ensuring on-time delivery3. CollaborationWork closely with Creative, Marketing, and Social Media teams to bring ideas to lifeIncorporate feedback quickly and effectivelyCollaborate with designers and copywriters to produce cohesive content(Optional) Support or guide interns/junior editors when needed — not a formal leadership role, but collaborative4. Production & Workflow ManagementHandle the full production process, including media management, equipment setup, and exportingMaintain organized archives of raw footage, edited files, and project assetsTroubleshoot technical or equipment issues during shoots or editing5.
