Teams meet two to four times yearly in person, in interesting locations around the world, to align on strategy and execution.The company is founder-led, profitable, and growing.Open Role: Graduate Partner Marketing ManagerMarketers at Canonical are brand stewards and demand creators.They transform complex open-source technology into messages, stories and strategies that shape the market understanding of our vision. Some focus on differentiated product and portfolio positioning; others specialize in account-based engagement, partner and alliance messaging, or product-led growth. Whatever their specialization, each marketer works as part of a cross-functional unit, contributing campaigns and insights that help the company learn and grow faster.We have a bias for action, focus efforts on the most impactful activities and take ownership of our results. We work across long buying cycles, balance storytelling with data, design experiments, track outcomes, and iterate rapidly to find what works.Marketers at Canonical don’t just promote open source; they amplify it, ensuring our innovations reach the right people, at the right time, with clarity and purpose from developers to decision makers.This is a dynamic, entry-level position where you will support the execution of joint marketing activities while learning how to shape and scale our partner programs. You will work at the heart of the industry, helping to align Canonical’s open-source innovation with the strategic goals of our world-class partners.Location:This role will be based remotely in the Americas region and will report to the Partner Marketing Team Manager.What your day will look likeSupport Partner Strategy: Assist in building joint go-to-market plans with global partners, helping to refine messaging and track pipeline generation.Campaign Execution: Help create and deliver integrated campaigns, including product launches, webinar series, and industry announcements in collaboration with partner teams.Creative Packaging: Learn to package Canonical’s diverse product offerings, from AI and Kubernetes to bare metal, into educational and engaging marketing materials.Ecosystem Growth: Contribute to the growth of Canonical’s partner network by delivering high-quality support and value to our partners.Program Scaling: Help develop and streamline partner activities, using automation and feedback to help our partner programs scale globally.Cross-functional Learning: Work closely with internal alliances, product and sales teams to ensure partner marketing efforts align with broader company goals.What we are looking for in youTech & Marketing Enthusiast: A genuine passion for technology, open source, and the mechanics of B2B marketing.Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders across different companies.Analytical Curiosity: An aptitude for data; you are eager to learn how to assess market opportunities and measure the ROI of marketing investments.Results-Oriented: A proactive drive to deliver high-quality work and a desire to bring innovative ideas to the table.Growth Mindset: Someone who isn't afraid to think big, take initiative, and learn from every challenge.Hands-on Attitude: A "roll up your sleeves" approach, you are happy to dive into the details to get a project across the finish line.Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you enjoy writing and presenting.Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-starter environment where priorities can evolve quickly.Versatility: A love for diverse work assignments and an eagerness to experiment with new marketing approaches.What we offer youYour base pay will depend on various factors including your geographical location, level of experience, knowledge and skills.
