We are a stable and profitable high growth operation, and our journey has just begun.Location: Remote (Europe)HQ: BarcelonaRole Overview:Momentum Data is looking for an experienced ABM Director to lead and scale our account-based marketing strategy across both existing enterprise customers and new target accounts.In this role, you’ll own the global ABM vision - from strategy and segmentation through execution and measurement - working closely with Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Product. You’ll help deepen relationships with our 150+ enterprise clients while building repeatable ABM programs that drive pipeline, expansion, and long-term growth.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to turn ABM from a concept into a measurable revenue driver.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:Own and evolve Momentum Data’s ABM strategy across customer expansion and new business acquisitionDesign and execute 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM programs for enterprise and strategic accountsPartner closely with Sales and Account Management to align on target accounts, account plans, messaging, and success metricsDevelop scalable ABM frameworks that can be adapted across regions, industries, and account tiersDrive account engagement, pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and expansion revenueOversee ABM-related content, personalization, and campaign orchestration across channelsDefine and track ABM KPIs, attribution, and ROI, continuously optimizing based on performanceAct as a subject-matter expert on ABM internally and externally, helping position Momentum Data as a leader in the spaceCollaborate with Product and RevOps to ensure tooling, data, and workflows support ABM executionQualifications & Experience:8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with deep expertise in Account-Based MarketingProven track record running ABM programs for enterprise and mid-market accountsStrong understanding of how ABM supports both customer expansion and new logo growthExperience working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue teamsData-driven mindset with the ability to connect ABM activity to revenue outcomesComfortable operating at both strategic and executional levelsExperience in B2B SaaS or martech environments strongly preferredExcellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholdersExperience working in remote, international teams is a plusWhy Momentum Data:Join a fast-growing B2B martech company with 150+ enterprise customersPlay a key role in shaping how ABM is practiced and scaled across the businessWork with a collaborative, senior team across Marketing, Sales, and ProductFully remote role within Europe, with HQ and regular touchpoints in BarcelonaOriginally posted on Himalayas
