Responsibilities
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and inventory.
* Manage correspondence including emails, phone calls, and internal communications.
* Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation as needed.
* Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely processing of orders and deliveries.
* Organize and maintain digital files and databases to support operational workflows.
* Support scheduling and calendar management for team meetings and deadlines.
* Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and suggest solutions.
* Handle customer inquiries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
* Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in wholesale or retail environments.
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with data management systems.
* Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
