You will be the connective tissue between Engineering, Product Management, QA, Support, and Operations — ensuring that programs move on schedule, risks surface early, and stakeholders have clear, consistent visibility. This role requires equal comfort in a Jira board and an executive briefing.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOwn the master program schedule across TxOS, TGC, and Cloud Engine product linesDrive cross-functional program reviews, stand-ups, and milestone checkpointsMaintain and publish program status dashboards in Jira and Confluence — no stale spreadsheetsIdentify, track, and mitigate program risks and dependencies across teamsManage the Product Lifecycle (PLC) gate process: coordinate entry/exit criteria sign-off at each phasePartner with Engineering leads to ensure sprint commitments roll up accurately to release timelinesOwn release readiness: GA checklists, RTM criteria, Beta entry/exit — all tracked and enforcedFacilitate retrospectives and drive action items through to closureCoordinate with Manufacturing, Support, and Field teams on release readiness and logisticsDrive adoption and compliance with the new Atlassian SDLC toolchainProduce executive-level program summaries on a weekly cadenceManage escalation paths and ensure critical blockers reach the right decision-maker fastQUALIFICATIONS5+ years of technical program management in enterprise software or hardware companiesProven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs across cross-functional teamsExpert-level Jira and Confluence skills — you build dashboards, not just read themExperience with formal PLC or stage-gate processesStrong understanding of Agile/Scrum and how it maps to longer program timelinesExcellent written and verbal communication — you write status reports people actually readPMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferredBackground in storage, networking, or enterprise infrastructure software preferredExperience running release readiness and GA gate processesComfortable operating in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environmentWHAT SETS YOU APART“You've inherited a fragmented program and built clarity out of chaos”“You know the difference between a status report and an action plan”“Dependencies don't scare you — they're just risks with names”DDNJoin our dynamic and driven team, where engineering excellence is at the heart of everything we do.
