That’s what #LifeAtCummins is all about.We are looking for a talented Agile Coach to join our team specializing in IT for our CUMMINS in Mexico.Job Summary:Helps individuals and teams to adopt an agile mindset through coaching on values and principles. Evaluates the needs of teams and recommend appropriate agile frameworks to assist in team maturation. Transitions individuals and teams from a project delivery focus to a value delivery focus. Where appropriate coaches a DevOps mindset and advise on appropriate process and tool adoption to balance stability of systems with the flexibility and flow required for continuous delivery and fast feedback from the market. Works with Agile Center of Excellence and Stakeholders to enable support broader agile transformations and practice adoption.In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:Enable enterprise transformation by building and sustaining Agile coaching capability across teams and leadersSupport the alignment of teams to a scaled delivery modelPartner with product, platform, and technology leaders to embed ways of working that support delivery outcomes and organizational goalsContribute to the evolution of enterprise deliveyr practices, coaching approaches, and supporting assestsMonitor adoption patterns and feedback to inform where additional enablement or adjustment is neededAdvises leaders on removing governance, reporting and policy impediments to an agile transformation.Develops an agile metrics and measures program to provide visibility of agility health and transformation progress. Facilitates workshops on various agile practices and techniques relating to the various roles and functions within an agile organization. Coaches the application of system thinking to identify and remove flow constraints, hand offs, wastes, and impediments.. Coaches leaders and stakeholders in appropriate behavior and interactions within an agile organization.Develop strong relationships to deliver business value using relevant Business Relationship Management practices.To be successful in this role you will need the following: Proven experience coaching Agile teams and leaders in an enterprise IT environment, applying Agile, Lean, SAFe, and DevOps principles pragmatically based on context and maturity.Demonstrated ability to shift organizations from project and output focus to product and value delivery by coaching systems thinking, flow, and outcome‑based ways of working.Strong facilitation, communication, and influencing skills, with experience partnering with leaders to remove organizational impediments and embed sustainable delivery practices at scale.We are a company dedicated to promoting diversity in the workplace, we provide equal employment opportunities regardless of race, gender, disability, national origin, age, religion or sexual orientation.Originally posted on Himalayas
