Beyond20 is seeking a strong ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our growing consulting and implementation practice. We are looking for candidates that have an analytical way of thinking and can explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. The position will operate with significant autonomy, exercising independent judgement and decision making with respect to matters of significance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Work with ServiceNow implementation project teams, gathering requirements and drafting user stories.Provide knowledge in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts or in translating business process needs into technical requirements.Provide group facilitation, training, and additional forms of knowledge transfer. Serve as the key coordinator between customers and multiple project teams Required Qualifications:3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow business analystExcellent verbal and written communication skills (including presentation development) with customers and end-users, and team membersExcellent problem-solving and collaborative skillsStrong leadership and team building skillsEligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance.Preferred Qualifications:ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certificationExperience with CMDB, SACM and/or Service Catalog analysisExperience with Continual Improvement initiativesUnderstanding of ITIL best practicesITIL Foundations training or certificationCertified ScrumMaster (CSM) CertificationOriginally posted on Himalayas
