California Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) – Telehealth (Remote) Veloryn Health is a modern telehealth practice dedicated to helping patients achieve better health through evidence\-based, personalized care. We specialize in weight management, hormone optimization, men’s health, women’s health, wellness \& longevity, and other preventive health services delivered through a secure virtual platform. We are seeking a compassionate, patient\-focused California Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team. This is a remote, part\-time contract position with a flexible schedule and the opportunity to grow alongside our practice. We are currently completing our final operational preparations and are interviewing qualified candidates now. The selected provider is expected to begin following completion of onboarding and final system implementation. Responsibilities * Conduct virtual patient consultations through our secure telehealth platform. * Evaluate patient histories, symptoms, laboratory results, and treatment goals. * Develop individualized treatment plans based on current clinical guidelines. * Prescribe medications when clinically appropriate and within California law and your scope of practice. * Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. * Document patient encounters accurately and completely within our clinical systems. * Order and interpret laboratory testing when appropriate. * Collaborate with our administrative and clinical support team to deliver an exceptional patient experience. * Maintain compliance with HIPAA, California regulations, and professional standards. Qualifications * Active California Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in good standing. * DEA registration (or ability to obtain before start date), if required for your scope of practice. * Experience providing telehealth services is preferred. * Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills. * Comfortable treating adult patients through virtual care. * Passion for preventive medicine and helping patients achieve long\-term health goals. * Ability to work independently while collaborating with a growing healthcare team.
