The ideal candidate is confident using recruitment systems and has a proven ability to manage the full recruitment cycle in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the internal team and clients to understand hiring needs and job specificationsCreate, write, and post job advertisements on job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing platformsActively source candidates using LinkedIn, databases, job portals, networking, and referralsScreen CVs and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess suitabilityShortlist qualified candidates and coordinate interviews with clientsManage and update candidate pipelinesMaintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment progressBuild and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clientsSupport offer negotiations and onboarding coordinationWork towards and consistently achieve recruitment targetsRequired QualificationsMinimum 1–2 years of experience as a Recruiter (agency experience preferred)Currently working in recruitment or available as a freelance recruiterProven experience posting jobs and independently sourcing candidatesHands-on experience with ATS systems Strong communication and negotiation skills in EnglishAbility to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environmentCompensation & BenefitsCommission: 25% commission on every successful placementPerformance Bonus: USD 300 monthly bonus for 10 successful placementsFlexible freelance arrangementOpportunity to work with international clients and high-volume recruitment projectsOriginally posted on Himalayas
