As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in translating stakeholder needs into technical requirements and guiding features from inception to delivery. Working closely with engineering and design, you’ll balance technical feasibility, user experience, and business impact to deliver scalable, high-quality products.Key Responsibilities:Partner with key stakeholders to gather requirements and align on goals, priorities, and timelinesWrite detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specificationsWork closely with engineers and designers to deliver high-quality product features from 0–1Prioritize backlog items, manage dependencies, and guide trade-off decisionsIdentify technical risks and collaborate with engineers to solve complex problemsDefine, track, and analyze product and system metrics to inform strategyMentor junior PMs and help build a collaborative, high-performing product cultureQualifications:3+ years in product management or related rolesExperience managing a product from 0-1Comfortable working with engineering teams and translating technical concepts to stakeholdersExperience managing client expectations and multiple competing prioritiesData-driven decision-maker with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsUser-focused with a technical mindset, able to balance user needs and engineering trade-offsExperience defining product metricsExperience in agile environments with distributed teamsProficiency with Linear (what we use) or JiraHeyo offers a variety of benefits, including:Unlimited paid time offFlexible schedule (make up your time for important personal, life, family events).
