DescriptionDealHub is leading in the field of business application and with its unique quote-to-revenue solution helps the hottest names in the industry increase their revenue and manage their growth.With an amazing customer-oriented approach and sharp minds, the Support team helps our customers with their technical problems and finds the right solution for them.We are seeking for a Customer Support Specialist, to join the Support team and provide world-class support to our customers.As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:Provide fast, professional, and personal support to Dealhub’s customers worldwideWork on a ticket system and communicate with the customers via emails, phone calls, and video callsProvide application support on Dealhub’s platform, mainly on configurations and integrations with other CRM platformsDo troubleshooting and ensure each ticket has been solvedMake the customer satisfied with the solution and support providedRequirementsWe expect you to:Have previous experience as a Support Specialist in a Saas B2B companiesHave proven experience with CRM integrations and implementationBe familiar with business applications and CRM (Salesforce / Hubspot / etc.)Have excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approachBe bold, ambitious, and make things doneThink out of the box and lead a surprising problem-solving approach!Have prior experience with SQL queriesHave a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Information Technology/ Information Systems)Be a great team player!Be Fluent in English (both written and verbal)Originally posted on Himalayas
