AI System Readiness

This is a remote position.AI System ReadinessWe are seeking an AI System Readiness Leader to lead the strategy and execution for deploying, operationalizing, and scaling AI-driven solutions across client environments. This role is responsible for ensuring that AI applications, data platforms, and supporting systems are fully validated, production-ready, and successfully adopted.This leader will work across engineering, data, QA, product, and client teams to drive readiness initiatives for solutions built on AWS, Azure, Tableau, Power BI, and DealCloud CRM.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead the AI system readiness strategy, ensuring solutions are prepared for successful deployment and adoptionOversee end-to-end readiness activities, including: Pre-production validationGo-live planning and executionPost-deployment stabilizationEstablish frameworks for AI solution validation, including performance, accuracy, scalability, and business alignmentDrive cross-functional coordination across engineering, QA, data, and product teamsEnsure readiness of data pipelines, reporting layers (Tableau, Power BI), and CRM integrations (DealCloud)Lead risk management and mitigation strategies for AI deployments, including data quality, model performance, and operational risksDevelop and implement governance models for AI solutions, including monitoring, compliance, and auditabilityPartner with client stakeholders to ensure business readiness, adoption, and value realizationOversee development of runbooks, operational processes, and support transition plansDefine and track KPIs and success metrics related to system readiness and adoptionBuild and lead a team responsible for readiness, rollout, and stabilization activities RequirementsRequired Qualifications12+ years of experience in technology leadership roles (e.g., program management, delivery, operations, or architecture)Proven experience leading large-scale system implementations or digital transformationsStrong experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)Experience working with data platforms, analytics tools, and reporting systemsDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, QA, and business teamsStrong understanding of software delivery lifecycle, production readiness, and deployment processesExperience working directly with clients or executive stakeholdersStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsKey Traits for SuccessExecutive-level leadership with the ability to drive alignment across multiple teamsStrategic thinker who can also execute and operationalize complex initiativesStrong client presence and ability to influence stakeholdersHighly organized with a focus on delivery, quality, and outcomesComfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving AI environment Originally posted on Himalayas
