Local candidates preferred.** Mister Sparky Electric is seeking an experienced Philadelphia Master Electrician to serve as the Qualifying Individual and Electrical Compliance Advisor for our growing residential electrical services business. This role is specifically designed for retired or semi\-retired professionals who want to remain connected to the electrical industry while enjoying a flexible schedule and meaningful involvement. This is not a daily field position and does not require regular physical labor. **About The Opportunity** We are seeking an experienced professional who can provide guidance, oversight, mentorship, and licensing support as our company continues to grow throughout the Greater Philadelphia region. The ideal candidate is a former electrical contractor, electrical business owner, inspector, foreman, project manager, or master electrician who values professionalism, safety, and helping build the next generation of electrical service companies. **Responsibilities** * Serve as the designated Qualifying Individual for the Philadelphia Electrical Contractor License * Maintain Philadelphia Master Electrician credentials in good standing * Provide code compliance and permitting guidance * Review licensing, permitting, and inspection matters when needed * Participate in periodic compliance and safety reviews * Be reasonably available by phone, email, or video conference during normal business hours * Assist management with Philadelphia L\&I questions and compliance matters * Review job documentation and project records when requested * Attend occasional meetings, inspections, or site visits if necessary * This position will be reporting to the GM **Ideal Candidate** We welcome applications from: * Retired Philadelphia Master Electricians * Retired or former Electrical Inspectors * Former Electrical Contractor Owners * Former Local 98 Foremen and General Foremen * Former Operations Managers * Former Project Managers * Semi\-Retired Electrical Professionals Preferred qualifications: * Philadelphia Master Electrician License in good standing * 15\+ years of electrical industry experience * Strong knowledge of Philadelphia electrical code requirements * Experience with permits, inspections, and contractor licensing * Professional communication skills **Service Area** Candidates residing in the Greater Philadelphia Region are encouraged to apply, including: * Philadelphia County * Montgomery County * Bucks County * Delaware County\+ * Chester County\+ Additional consideration will be given to qualified candidates from nearby Pennsylvania counties and surrounding areas. **Compensation** * Monthly Retainer: $1500 to 2,500 per month * Includes up to 2
