We’re looking for a Product Manager who combines strong product judgment with hands-on design thinking. This role owns the end-to-end experience for key product areas — from understanding user problems and shaping solutions to shipping and iterating in close partnership with engineering.This is a hands-on role in a lean setup, with real ownership over what gets built and how it works for users.What you’ll doOwn product discovery and delivery for core user journeysTranslate user needs and business goals into clear product directionShape end-to-end experiences across flows, states, and edge casesCreate wireframes, flows, and prototypes to explore and communicate solutionsWrite clear product requirements and make prioritisation trade-offsPartner closely with engineers through build, launch, and iterationUse user feedback and data to improve shipped featuresExperience4+ years of overall experience building digital productsA meaningful portion of this experience in UX / product design, followed by ownership of product management responsibilitiesTrack record of shipping and iterating on real products used by customersExperience working closely with engineering in agile or lean teamsWhat we’re looking forExperience working across product management and designStrong understanding of UX, interaction design, and usabilityProven ownership of product outcomes, not just deliverablesAbility to operate with limited structure and high ambiguityClear communicator with good product judgmentBias toward execution and continuous improvementWho will succeed in this roleSomeone who started their career in design (UX / product / interaction) and gradually took on product ownershipComfortable moving between user research, design thinking, and product decision-makingThinks in journeys and systems, not just featuresEnjoys owning problems end-to-end rather than working from detailed briefsCan balance craft with speed, and quality with pragmatismWorks well in lean teams with close collaboration and few handoffsNice to haveBackground in UX, product design, or frontend developmentExperience in early-stage or fast-moving product teamsExposure to consumer products, SaaS, or AI-driven platformsComfort using design tools as part of the product workflowWhy this role mattersThis role sits close to the product’s core. This role will be hybrid for applicants based in Singapore and fully remote for applicants based in India.The interview processThe successful candidate will participate in the below interview stages.
