About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organised and proactive Key Account Support Administrator to play a key role in supporting our UK Key Account Manager and delivering exceptional service to our distribution partners (merchants). This varied and collaborative role sits at the heart of key account activity, combining administration, technical support, data analysis and project coordination.You will work closely with our distribution partners, as well as internal teams across Fedrigoni UK and our Global Service network, to ensure service excellence, effective communication and continuous improvement. The role also supports product development, rebate programmes, KPI reviews and customer-led initiatives, helping to strengthen and develop long-term partner relationships.Your Responsibilities include:Support UK Key Account ManagerCRM UsageRelationship building with key account clients internallyTechnical support & administrationCustomer data analysisProject coordinationService coordination between Fedrigoni UK & Global service teamsTechnical complaint administration (working alongside the Key Account Manager)Manage rebate programmes with Key AccountsSupporting mill visits with the Key account manager when requiredKey account service review administration against agreed KPIProduct development administrationThe right candidate would possess the following skill set:Communication.Teamwork.Problem solving.Initiative and enterprise.CreativityPlanning and organising.Self-management.Learning.Technology.Attributes required for this position.Proven track record within an account management environmentComputer knowledge – high degree of literacy and aptitude required.Flexible working patternA real “can do” attitude.What to expect from our selection processYou will be interviewed by the Head of Commercial (UK), the UK Key Account Manager and the HR Business Partner UK.Originally posted on Himalayas
