This remote position offers results-based compensation, enabling you to thrive in your role while enjoying the flexibility of a remote work arrangement.Role and Responsibilities:As a Freelance Recruiter, your primary focus will be on conducting phone interviews, managing candidate documentation, and facilitating effective follow-up processes.
