Remote Employee BPO has an outstanding opportunity for you!Role: Resupply Specialist (DME – CPAP & Supplies)Compensation: Competitive Basic SalaryBenefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, and Night DifferentialWork Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 pm to 6:00 am Philippine TimeWork Setup: Work-from-HomePosition SummaryThe Resupply Specialist is responsible for managing incoming patient referrals and coordinating resupply services for durable medical equipment (DME), with a primary focus on CPAP and related supplies. This role involves accurate data entry, insurance verification, scheduling, and coordination of care to ensure timely and compliant service delivery.The ideal candidate has prior experience in a DME resupply environment, with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining excellent customer service.Job Duties and Responsibilities: Process incoming referrals and resupply orders accurately and efficientlyEnter and maintain patient information in the EMR systemGenerate delivery documentation for sales, rental, and service ordersReview medical records to determine medical necessity based on payer guidelinesCreate new and recurring resupply orders as appropriateVerify patient insurance benefits and secure required authorizationsSchedule initial DME setup appointments and ongoing resupply follow-upsCoordinate CPAP setups and mask fittings as neededMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient recordsCommunicate with physician offices, DME providers, and internal teams to coordinate careCollaborate with sales, delivery, and clinical teams to support operational efficiencyProvide excellent customer service to patients, physicians, and payer sourcesEnsure compliance with company quality, productivity, and timeliness standardsPerform other duties as assigned by the Operations ManagerQualifications:Required Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksStrong problem-solving and prioritization skillsAbility to follow payer guidelines and internal processesExcellent organizational and time management skillsCustomer service–oriented mindsetProficiency in EMR systems and standard office softwareRequired Experience Previous resupply experience within a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company — REQUIREDPrior customer service experienceInsurance verification experience (preferred)Scheduling experience (preferred)Experience with CPAP supplies or respiratory equipment (strongly preferred)Familiarity with payer guidelines and medical necessity requirements (preferred) Originally posted on Himalayas
