Job Description
Position Overview:Reporting to the Director, Client Solutions and as an integral part of Questel’s Client Solutions Team, this role is responsible for generating pricing estimates for clients, tracking pricing trends across sales verticals, analyzing win and loss ratios and communicating strategies within the Sales department.Principal Duties & Responsibilities:Price and quote client estimates in order to win new projects while maintaining standard profit marginsUnderstand all Questel products and services while applying company pricing guidelines and models to produce accurate, competitive estimatesResponsible for accurately conveying client demands and requests to the Operations teamRespond to inquiries in a timely and service-oriented manner, both internally with sales and project managers, and externally with clientsConsult project managers to examine job details and goals of a project, and sales to understand client requirements and project scopeMaintain and strengthen relationships with existing and past clients through regular communication, reports, project management, and strategy developmentTrack win/loss ratios and use data to improve sales strategies and processesAttend and participate in weekly department meetings Work on special projects and other duties as assigned by managementQualifications & Skills:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
