Want to be part of it?Purpose of the roleWe are seeking an exceptional Sales Director to lead our Central European go-to-market strategy across the DACH and Benelux markets. This is a pivotal leadership role within a high-growth, PE-backed business, responsible for building, scaling and transforming a regional sales organisation to deliver ambitious growth targets.This is a pure leadership position. You will be a force multiplier for your team, driving operational rigour, and creating a high-performance sales culture built for sustained growth. You are an AI experienced leader who knows how to weave AI into sales teams day to day for optimisation and extensibility.Duties and ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead, coach and develop a team of Sales Executives across DACH and Benelux, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning and high performanceDrive talent acquisition, onboarding and retention to build a best-in-class regional sales function to drive transformation and cross functional working towards product and client portfolio growthLead the team through periods of significant organisational and commercial change, maintaining engagement and momentum throughoutDefine clear roles, expectations and development paths to attract and retain top sales talent in the regionRevenue Growth & Commercial StrategyOwn and deliver the regional revenue number, setting ambitious but achievable targets aligned to company growth objectivesDevelop and execute a regional go-to-market strategy, identifying account profiles and routes to market across DACH and BeneluxPartner with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services and Product to drive a coordinated, cross-functional approach to pipeline generation and deal executionChampion a customer-centric sales approach that drives long-term value and retentionPipeline Management & ForecastingInstil rigorous pipeline management disciplines across the team, ensuring consistent application of sales methodology and CRM hygieneDeliver accurate and reliable weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts to senior leadership and stakeholdersAnalyse pipeline health, conversion rates and deal velocity to identify risks and opportunities, taking proactive corrective action where neededPrivate Equity & Stakeholder ReportingOperate with a clear understanding of private equity performance frameworks, including ARR growth, net revenue retention and Rule of 40 metricsPresent regional performance, forecasts and strategic initiatives clearly to executive leadership Ensure the regional sales motion is structured to support scalable, reportable growth in line with expectations and business milestonesCross-Functional CollaborationAct as a senior voice of the customer and region internally, influencing product roadmap, pricing strategy and go-to-market decisionsBuild strong relationships across Marketing, SalesOps, Pre-Sales. Professional Services and Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and a unified customer experienceCollaborate with HR and Sales Enablement to drive training, onboarding and performance management programmes across the sales teamWhat we’re looking forExperienceProven track record as a senior sales leader within a B2B SaaS or technology environment, with demonstrable success in scaling teams and revenue in the DACH and/or Benelux marketsDeep experience leading transformational change within a sales organisation — whether through hypergrowth, restructuring, or cultural evolutionStrong background in building and developing high-performing sales teams from the ground up or through periods of significant changeExperience operating within a private equity-backed business, with a solid understanding of PE-driven growth metrics and reporting expectationsTrack record of leading cross-functional collaboration to align sales with broader commercial objectivesSkills & CapabilitiesExceptional pipeline management and forecasting discipline, with the ability to hold the team accountable to rigorous commercial standardsStrong analytical capability — comfortable translating data into insight and insight into action and utilising AI toolsets to drive analysis Outstanding communication and executive presence, with the ability to engage credibly with C-suite stakeholders and PE investorsFluency in English required along with German with Dutch highly advantageousDeep
