Visit Medlive.com for more informationWe are seeking an experienced Engagement Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and evaluate effective strategies and tactics that increase audience engagement across Medlive.com programs. This individual will own program performance across multiple therapeutic areas for both clinicians and patients/caregivers. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, data-driven marketer who can craft compelling messaging, manage budgets, and translate audience and performance insights into measurable results. Key Responsibilities:Ensure performance goals and KPI milestones are met for all assigned programsDevelop and execute effective strategies to increase audience acquisition and engagement with assigned video education programsCreate powerful messaging that engages target audiencesMonitor audience engagement and acquisition metrics and adjust strategies accordinglyPresent program performance and marketing strategies to internal stakeholdersManage marketing budgets for assigned programs and deliver spend at or below budgetLeverage AI tools to streamline campaign workflows, enhance content development, and improve efficiency in performance analysis and reportingQualifications & Experiences:8+ years of experience in digital marketing or audience engagement, preferably within a digital health, education, or media environmentProven track record of developing and executing email campaigns and engagement and acquisition strategies that meet or exceed KPIsStrong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategyExperience managing marketing budgets and delivering programs at or below budgetDetail-oriented, organized, and able to own multiple campaigns simultaneously; familiarity with leveraging AI tools to improve marketing efficiency is a plusThe expected salary range for this position is $80,000–$110,000, determined by relevant experience.Originally posted on Himalayas
