We want to double down on the commitment to our clients to provide not just technology but to change behaviours and drive results through our strategic consultancy services.As a Senior Change Management Consultant you will be responsible for leading change management workstreams on HubSpot transformation programmes while simultaneously building and defining Huble’s change management service offering. This is a dual-purpose role. You will both deliver high-impact client change engagements and help define, structure, and scale Huble’s change management practice.You will join our Delivery & Consulting Team, working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and client-facing environment. We are looking for a senior practitioner who is comfortable operating independently, influencing at executive level, and taking ownership of building something long-term and commercially viable.🚀 Key Performance Areas:1) Client Change Delivery (Primary Focus):You will lead and execute change management workstreams across HubSpot implementationengagements, including:Leading change strategy from discovery through to post-go-live adoptionConducting stakeholder mapping and impact assessmentsIdentifying resistance, readiness gaps, and adoption risksDesigning change roadmaps aligned to programme milestonesDeveloping communication plans and training strategiesDefining and tracking adoption metrics and success indicatorsProviding executive-level reporting on change readiness and riskThis work must:Be structured and framework-led, but pragmaticIntegrate seamlessly with HubSpot implementation deliveryDrive measurable adoption outcomesSupport long-term behavioural and process change2) Workshop Facilitation & Stakeholder Engagement:You will design and facilitate workshops with senior sponsors, programme teams, and end-users to:Build leadership alignment and sponsorshipClarify vision, case for change, and success measuresAddress resistance and surface risks earlyEnable change champion networksDrive ownership within client teamsYou will be confident engaging both C-suite stakeholders and operational users.3) Change Methodology & Proposition Development:Alongside delivery, you will build and formalise Huble’s change management offering.You will be responsible for:Defining Huble’s change management methodology (adapting frameworks such as ADKAR, Kotter, or similar to the HubSpot implementation context)Developing reusable templates, playbooks, and diagnostic toolsCreating structured service tiers that can be clearly scoped and pricedSupporting pre-sales conversations and proposal developmentContributing to thought leadership and internal enablementSupporting future recruitment and onboarding as the practice growsThis work must:Be commercially viable and clearly packagedBe scalable across regions and delivery teamsStrengthen Huble’s market differentiationRaise delivery maturity across the organisation4) Pre-Sales & Commercial Contribution:You will support Sales and Consulting in positioning change management as a strategic enabler of transformation by:Articulating the value of structured change to prospective clientsContributing to proposal writing and scope definitionParticipating in client discovery and pitch conversationsEnsuring clear alignment between commercial scope and delivery reality5) Practice Growth & Internal Enablement:As the practice grows, you will:Deliver internal training to raise change awareness across delivery teamsShare knowledge through internal sessions and external thought leadershipHelp embed a change-first mindset across Huble🏗️ To excel in this role, you should have the following:5+ years of change management experience, ideally within consultancy or agency environmentsDemonstrable experience leading change on CRM, MarTech, SaaS, or digital transformation programmesDeep knowledge of at least one established change management framework (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, McKinsey 7-S, ITIL, or similar)Strong stakeholder management skills, including C-suite engagementExperience designing and facilitating workshops, training sessions, and executive briefingsAbility to produce high-quality written deliverables independentlyCommercial awareness and consulting mindsetWillingness to travel across EMEA for client engagementsBonus points if you have:Prosci ADKAR certification or equivalent qualificationDirect experience with HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub)
