Your work supporting strategic capture and proposal efforts will power business growth, competitive positioning, and long‑term mission success for our customers.As a Subcontracts Administrator Growth Lead dedicated to proposal and capture management, the work you’ll do at GDIT will directly shape our ability to win new business. In this role you will lead all subcontract‑related tasks across the capture lifecycle, ensure compliance with federal acquisition regulations, develop competitive sourcing strategies, and surface risks early by driving cross‑functional alignment with capture, pricing, contracts, and technical teams.In this role you will:Reports directly to the Growth Strategist as an integral member of the team, supporting execution of sourcing strategies and subcontract management activitiesLead subcontractor engagement and sourcing strategy during capture and proposal development, including developing requests for proposals (RFPs), evaluating supplier capabilities, and leading competitive analysis. Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS requirements and GDIT policiesCoordinate all subcontract‑related inputs for proposals, including cost/price data, teaming documentation, non-disclosure execution, compliance artifacts, and technical volume contributions when required. Ensure small business and socioeconomic considerations are incorporatedAnalyze capture requirements and identify subcontracting risks, gaps, and opportunities; recommend mitigation strategies to the Capture Manager and Proposal Manager. Escalate risk concerns leadership when applicableUtilize artificial intelligence to identify potential gaps or risks between subcontractor agreements and customer requirementsPrepare and deliver subcontractor status updates, risk assessments, and pricing insights to leadership and capturing stakeholdersSupport continuous improvement across the proposal subcontracting process by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements to templates, workflows, and subcontractor engagement modelsUtilize GDIT’s source‑to‑pay and proposal systems to track subcontractor activities, ensure documentation completeness, and provide accurate data for color team reviews and leadership briefingsWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
