Working with stakeholders across the business, delivery teams, solution architects and IT analysts, you’ll bring structure to demand, guide trade-offs, and keep work aligned to outcomes.What you’ll be doingOwn the improvement backlog: manage intake, shape demand, prioritise, and maintain clear roadmap visibilityLead discovery with stakeholders: working with the Analysts, understand how the business operates, identify root causes, and define practical outcomesTranslate needs into epics/features/user stories with clear acceptance criteria and measurable success criteriaCoordinate delivery within an agile cadence, managing dependencies and keeping stakeholders alignedPartner with architects and engineers to shape solutions that are pragmatic, supportable and scalableDrive adoption: clear communication, readiness planning, feedback loops and continuous improvementTrack outcomes and benefits with the Business Stakeholders (what improved, how we measure it, what we do next)RequirementsWhat we’re looking forWe’re looking for someone who can combine operational understanding with the discipline to deliver change through technology. You might come from product ownership, business analysis, process improvement, operations, or a similar background.Key indicators include:Strong grasp of how commercial and operational processes work end-to-end (order, fulfilment, inventory, customer service, planning, etc.)Experience working with enterprise systems such as ERP and/or CRM, and the confidence to work with data, workflows and process designExposure to automation technologies (e.g., workflow automation, RPA, low-code, or similar) and how they enable real operational changeProven ability to prioritise, make trade-offs clear, and follow through to delivery and adoptionStrong stakeholder management and clear communication — able to align different perspectives and maintain momentumBusiness OverviewGenus is an agricultural biotechnology pioneer.
