Medical Case Audits & Quality ReviewsConduct objective medical case reviews using standardized assessment criteriaEvaluate the timeliness and appropriateness of care providedIdentify quality improvement opportunities2. Performance Improvement & Specialty Case ReviewsReview cases initiated for non-standardized performance improvement reasonsAssess medical decision-making and compliance with best practices3.
