**Crypto Project Manager** Salary: $200,000 – $300,000 per year Job Type: Full\-time \| Remote / Hybrid **About the Role** We are looking for a Crypto Project Manager to lead the delivery of high\-impact Web3 products — from token launches and exchange integrations to wallet infrastructure and DeFi protocols. This is not a coordination role. You will own the full project lifecycle, make critical trade\-off decisions, and be directly accountable for shipping on time, on budget, and on spec. You will work at the intersection of engineering, product, compliance, and external partners, turning complex blockchain requirements into clear execution plans. If you thrive in fast\-moving, high\-stakes environments and want your work measured by real on\-chain results — this role is for you. **What You Will Actually Do** Own end\-to\-end delivery of crypto projects: scoping, roadmap, sprint planning, release, and post\-launch optimization. Coordinate cross\-functional teams — smart contract developers, backend engineers, QA, designers, legal/compliance, and marketing. Manage external integrations: exchanges (CEX/DEX), custodians, payment providers, wallets, and blockchain networks. Translate technical complexity into clear milestones, risks, and dependencies for stakeholders and leadership. Drive token launches, listings, and migrations — including smart contract audits, liquidity planning, and go\-to\-market coordination. Track and report on timelines, budgets, blockers, and KPIs using tools like Jira, Notion, Linear, and on\-chain analytics. Identify and mitigate risks specific to Web3: smart contract vulnerabilities, regulatory changes, network congestion, and market volatility. Build and improve processes so the team ships faster without sacrificing security or compliance. **What We Expect From You** 3–6\+ years of project or program management experience, with at least 2 years in crypto, Web3, or fintech. Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time — ideally involving blockchain, payments, or trading systems. Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals: wallets, smart contracts, gas, Layer 1/Layer 2, DeFi, and tokenomics. Hands\-on experience with Agile/Scrum, roadmap planning, and cross\-team coordination. Excellent English communication — you can align engineers, executives, and external partners in the same conversation. Comfort with ambiguity: Web3 changes fast, and you make decisions with incomplete information.
