Through deep, bidirectional integrations, PlannerPal embeds directly into advisers’ existing workflows, ensuring strong adoption, governance, and enterprise-grade reliability.PlannerPal has been recognised by FT Adviser as one of the Top 3 AI tools for financial advisers in 2025, and is a winner of the FT Adviser Five Star Service Award 2025.Backed by venture capital investors and built by a team with deep expertise in financial services, technology, and AI, the company is scaling rapidly through strategic industry partnerships.This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing UK wealthtech company at a pivotal stage of growth, helping to make financial advice faster, smarter, and more scalable for advisers and their clients.TasksImplementation Ownership & DeliveryOwn end-to-end implementation of PlannerPal within enterprise clientsLead complex onboarding programmes, including client migrations and novationsAct as the primary point of contact during implementation, accountable for timelines, delivery, and outcomesDeliver a seamless “welcome to PlannerPal” experience, removing barriers to adoptionWorkflow & Process TransformationAnalyse existing adviser workflows and design improved, scalable processes using PlannerPalEmbed PlannerPal into client operating models, ensuring alignment with compliance and governance requirementsSupport firms in standardising and optimising advice processes across teamsTraining & EnablementDeliver training on the platform to external users, including advisers, paraplanners, and operations teamsContribute to and deliver the webinar training programmeDevelop enablement materials and best practices to support ongoing adoptionStrategic & Commercial SupportSupport new business opportunities by contributing to implementation planning and demonstrating value deliveryWork closely with Strategic Partnerships and Sales teams on enterprise deals and rolloutsSupport key strategic partnerships, including involvement in new business and expansion initiativesData, Insights & OptimisationUse MI to analyse adviser platform usage and identify opportunities to improve adoption and outcomesProvide actionable insights to clients on how to maximise value from PlannerPalContinuously refine implementation playbooks based on client outcomesProduct & QualityFeed client insights into product development and roadmap discussionsSupport QA testing of new features and releases to ensure enterprise readinessEnsure platform outputs align with real-world adviser workflows and regulatory expectationsRequirementsCore Domain KnowledgeStrong understanding of:Suitability reports and advice documentationEnd-to-end advice workflows and processesAdviser–client interactions and meeting lifecycleCRM systems used in financial advice, particularly Iress XplanFCA-regulated environmentsExperienceExperience in business process analysis, process improvement, or project deliveryBackground in financial advice, paraplanning, adviser support, or wealth technology is strongly preferredExperience owning client onboarding, implementation, or change management initiativesExposure to product pilots, trials, or early-stage rollouts within enterprise client environmentsExperience working in a consultancy, implementation, or client-facing delivery role is a plusDesired ExperienceExposure to a start-up or scale-up environmentExperience working with AI tools or digital platformsFamiliarity with embedding new technology into existing operational workflowsExperience working with enterprise or large advice firmsSkills & AttributesAbility to quickly understand and adapt to different firms’ processes, structures, and requirementsExceptional organisation, with the ability to manage multiple imp
