Creative Strategist / Funnel Copywriter Wanted (Experienced Only)

I run a ghostwriting agency that's been going for over 15 years, and I'm looking to add 2 or 3 experienced Creative Strategists to my roster so I can bring you in the moment the right jobs land, which could be any day now. Let me be clear up front: this isn't a general article\-writing role, and it isn't one for people still finding their feet. I'm after strategists who already live and breathe direct\-response creative. If that's not you yet, no hard feelings, but this one won't be the right fit. Here's the kind of work I mean. Hooks, angles, and storytelling that actually convert. Scripts and storyboards for editors or UGC creators. Funnel thinking, customer psychology, landing\-page and email messaging. Comfort with paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and with reading performance data like CTR, watch time, and ROAS to decide what to test next. You know how to turn one idea into ten tests and explain why each one works. How it works: you'd deal directly with me, never the end client, and everything stays confidential under an NDA. Fees are per project and shared clearly upfront, since they depend on the client, the scope, and the negotiation. I don't do fixed rates because no two of these gigs are the same.
