This role is vital in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely management of account data that supports our business operations and decision\-making processes. Responsibilities * Manage and verify account data entry, updates, and corrections in company databases. * Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve data inconsistencies or errors. * Collaborate with finance, sales, and customer service teams to ensure data accuracy. * Generate reports and provide data analysis to support business operations. * Assist in developing and implementing data management procedures and guidelines. * Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive account information. * Respond promptly to data\-related inquiries and support ad hoc data requests. Qualifications * Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management, or related field preferred. * Proven experience in data management, account administration, or a similar role. * Strong proficiency with data management tools and software (e.g., Excel, CRM systems). * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies effectively. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely with diverse teams. * Self\-motivated with the ability to manage time and priorities independently.
