The brand emphasizes friendly, approachable, and engaging interactions with its customers across social media and digital platforms. Engagement Moderators working with this client will focus on maintaining brand voice, ensuring community safety, and providing warm, playful, and on\-brand responses while managing online conversations and content moderation.
