**Remote Sales \& Customer Service Representative (USA Remote)** **About Send2290** Send2290 is an online IRS\-authorized Form 2290 e\-filing platform that helps truck owners and trucking companies quickly and accurately file Heavy Vehicle Use Tax returns. **Position Overview** We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales \& Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will assist customers with Form 2290 filing questions, provide exceptional customer support, and generate new business through outbound sales calls and lead follow\-up. **Responsibilities** * Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries. * Assist truck owners and businesses with the Form 2290 filing process. * Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up with leads. * Educate customers on Send2290 services and benefits. * Maintain accurate customer records and notes in the CRM system. * Schedule follow\-up appointments and assist with customer onboarding. * Meet monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals. * Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience. **Qualifications** * Previous experience in customer service, sales, telemarketing, or call center environments. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Comfortable making outbound cold calls. * Strong organizational and follow\-up skills. * Ability to work independently in a remote environment. * Proficiency with computers, CRM software, and web\-based applications. * Experience in trucking, transportation, tax services, or IRS filing is a plus but not required. **Compensation** * Competitive hourly pay. * Performance\-based bonuses and incentives. * Fully remote position. * Flexible work environment. * Growth opportunities within the company. **Location** Remote – United States Pay: $15\.00 \- $22\.00 per hour Benefits: * On\-the\-job training * Work from home Experience: * Customer service: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
