Work Schedule: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM ManilaRole Overview:We are seeking a high-energy, phone-focused Recruitment Assistant to support high-volume inbound and outbound candidate screening. This role is heavily call-based and requires strong voice clarity, confidence, and consistency when engaging candidates using pre-defined scripts and workflows.The assistant will operate within an established recruitment system and play a critical role in ensuring efficient candidate screening, accurate documentation, and a professional candidate experience.Key Responsibilities:Conduct high-volume screening and interview calls using provided scripts
Qualify candidates based on defined screening criteria
Maintain consistent energy and professionalism across all calls
Manage interview scheduling via automated calendar systems
Record call outcomes, notes, and candidate feedback in internal tracking tools
Follow existing recruitment workflows and call processes precisely
Required Skills & Qualifications:3–5 years of experience in recruitment, call handling, or interview-based roles
Strong comfort with frequent inbound and outbound phone calls
Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural and engaging
Highly reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Baseline knowledge of basic LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, CoPilot, etc.)
Communication Requirements: Reading & Comprehension: Advanced
Must clearly understand screening scripts, criteria, and documentation
Written English: Professional
Accurate internal notes and follow-ups
Spoken English: Fluent; neutral to minimal accent required
Voice clarity, confidence, and energy are critical for success
Tools & Systems:Automated calendar scheduling tools
Call / VoIP system
Internal interview and candidate tracking system
Technical Requirements:USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
Working Webcam
Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
