**Title: Salesforce QA Automation with Health Cloud EXP** **Location SFO, CA (REMOTE OPPORTUNITY)** **Type : Contract** **Responsibilities:** **Life Sciences / Pharma domain experience** Strong QA leadership and stakeholder management capabilities Experience working in regulated environments (GxP, clinical, or commercial pharma systems is a plus) **Core Responsibilities :** * Multi\-Team Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for QA across 3\-4 agile scrum teams, ensuring consistent testing practices, managing dependencies, and preventing siloed efforts. * Test Strategy \& Master Planning: Design and execute the end\-to\-end test strategy, encompassing integration, system, regression, and data migration. * Defect \& QA Team Management: Establish clear triage workflows, work closely with development leads, and eventually help guide the upcoming team of individual testers. **Required Expertise** * Salesforce Life Sciences / Health Cloud: Proven experience testing industry\-specific data models, specialized workflows, and mobile/offline capabilities. * Integration Testing: Experience validating data flows between Salesforce and external middleware, or legacy CRMs. * Automation Focus: Ability to evaluate and implement Salesforce\-specific test automation tools to minimize manual regression efforts over time
