This role involves managing marketing performance metrics, attribution modeling, and forecasting. You will play a crucial role in optimizing marketing investments and improving conversions within the GTM funnel.What you'll do:Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor marketing KPIs across paid media, email, events, and additional channelsAnalyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates, customer acquisition, and retentionLead marketing attribution efforts and build models to understand channel impactCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Finance) to align marketing goals with business objectivesDesign and execute A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize performancePresent findings to senior leadership with clarity and strategic insightStay current on analytics tools, trends, and best practicesWhat you’ll need:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Statistics, or a related field (master’s preferred)5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar roleProficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau/Power BI, SQL, and ExcelExperience with marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo)Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and attribution modelsExcellent communication skills—able to translate data into compelling storiesCurious mindset with a passion for continuous learning and experimentationExperience with predictive modeling and machine learning techniquesFamiliarity with customer segmentation and lifecycle analysisPrior work in e-commerce, SaaS, or high-growth startupsWhere: Remote, US The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely.
