Job Description
**Job Responsibilities**
1\. Channel Development and Access
Responsible for the development of B\-side channels (travel agencies, corporate team\-building, educational institutions, parent\-child platforms, OTAs, cross\-industry alliances, etc.) of the park. Complete the negotiation, access, and signing of cooperation agreements for new channels.
Based on the results of market research, select high\-potential channel resources, formulate and implement monthly/quarterly channel expansion plans.
2\. Implementation of Marketing Plans
Assist the sales manager in implementing phased marketing plans (such as seasonal promotions, milestone events, channel projects, etc.), and cooperate in completing the product packaging, pricing strategies, and distribution of promotional materials at the channel level.
Based on the characteristics of different channels, design and promote differentiated cooperation plans (such as tiered commission rates, package cooperation, exclusive ticket types, etc.).
3\. Customer Maintenance and Operational Support
Responsible for the daily communication with existing partners, including the dissemination of ticketing policies, order processing, account reconciliation, post\-sale coordination, etc. in operational work.
Establish and update partner files, regularly collect partner feedback, and assist in optimizing the cooperation process and service experience.
4\. Sales Data Tracking and Analysis
Collect and analyze the daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for the channels under the responsibility. Track key indicators such as channel output, conversion rate, and customer group structure.
Regularly produce channel operation analysis reports to provide data support for channel strategy adjustments.
5\. Cross\-departmental collaboration and implementation
Cooperate with departments such as operations, ticketing, and customer service to ensure smooth processes such as channel customers' entry, verification, and complaint handling.
Participate in sales meetings and cross\-departmental conferences to promote the efficient implementation of policies at the channel end.
Qualification Requirements:
1\. College degree or above, major in marketing, tourism management, business administration, etc. are preferred.
2\. At least 1 year of B2B or channel sales/expansion experience; candidates with background in theme parks, water parks, family amusement parks, scenic spots or the cultural tourism industry are preferred.
3\. Strong ability in business negotiation and customer relationship maintenance, capable of independently completing the entire process of channel development.
4\. Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to collaborate effectively both internally and externally.
Pay: From $55,000\.00 per year
