THE ROLE:SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, LEGENDS GLOBALPARTNERSHIPSLOCATION:REMOTEAbout the RoleThe Senior Vice President, Legends GlobalPartnershipsis a newly created leadership role responsible for building and leading a newly formedbusiness PODfocused on both existing and new partnership opportunities across Major League Baseball,soccer, women’s sports properties, andemerging new business categories.Reporting into senior commercial leadership, this executive will define go-to-market strategy, drive revenue growth, and develop a high-performing team that delivers integrated partnership solutions across a dynamic and expanding portfolio.About the ProjectThis role will stand up and lead a new cross-functionalbusiness PODdesigned to accelerate partnership revenue across a mix of established and emerging properties, including baseball, soccer, women’s sports, and other growth categories.The SVP will work across internal sales, strategy, operations, client leadership, and business developmentteams to create consistency,win trust with clients,unlock newopportunities, and maximize commercial outcomes across a high-priority growth portfolio.WHAT YOU’LL DO (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)Strategic Partnership Revenue LeadershipDevelop and execute the commercial strategy for a newly createdbusiness PODserving Major League Baseball,soccer, women’s sports properties, andemerging new business categories.Drive revenue growth across both existing partner relationships and new business development opportunities, with accountability for ambitious sales targets.Identifynew sellable assets, category opportunities, and integrated partnership concepts that expand the value of the portfolio.Pod Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead the business POD by building a strong culture,developingandacquiringtalent, growing careers, and creating an environment where the team can perform ata high leveland enjoy the work.Establish clear priorities, performance expectations, and development plans thathelpthePODscale effectivelywhile enabling team members to build confidence, capability,andlong-term careers.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, energy, and commercial excellencewhile coachingtheteam through complexopportunities,negotiations,and high-valuesales moments.Client Leadership, Sales Execution & Business DevelopmentServe as the senior leader for key clients by earning trust, creating confidence, and communicating efficiently up and down each client’s organization.Act as the lead sales executive whenneeded—taking the front of the room for major pitches, asking for the sale, and supporting the team in selling as often asrequired.Partner with the Legends Global Partnerships President and other leaders to pursue, pitch, and win new business within the POD’s area of expertise.WHAT YOU BRING (QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE)Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, ora relatedfieldrequired; MBA or advanced degree preferred.15+ years of progressive experience in partnership sales, commercial development, or revenue generation within sports, entertainment, media, or related industries.Proventrack recordof leading high-performing sales teams and consistently achieving or exceeding ambitious revenue goals.Deep experience developing integrated partnership strategies, negotiating complex commercial agreements, and closing enterprise-level deals.Strong understanding of the sports and entertainment partnership landscape, with the ability toidentifyemerging categories and new market opportunities.Exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Analytical and strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to translate market insight into actionable commercial plans.Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with experience using data to manage pipeline health, forecast revenue, and track team performance.KEY LEADERSHIP ATTRIBUTESTeambuilderand culturecarrierwho can lead the POD, develop andacquiretalent, grow careers, raise performance, and create an environment where people are energized bythe work.Trusted clientleaderwho builds confidence, serves as the senior relationship owner, and communicates effectively up and down the client’s organization.Elite sales executive who is comfortable leading the room for major pitches, asking for the sale, and supporting the team in closing business whenever needed.Business development partner who works closely with the Legends Global Partnerships President and other leaders to pursue, pitch, and win new business within the POD’s area of expertise.WORK ENVIRONMENT & TRAVELThis roleoperatesin a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment supporting multiple high-profile properties and growth initiatives.Regular travel is expected to support client meetings, sales presentations, industry events, and internal planning sessions.Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours may berequiredbased on partner needs, live events, and deal timelines.COMPENSATION
