Part-Time Remote Marketing & Operations Assistant

Remote Marketing \& Operations Assistant **Part\-Time \| Canva, Social Media, Research \& Administrative Support** PlayMotion Kids is seeking a dependable, creative, and highly organized remote Marketing \& Operations Assistant to provide approximately **5 hours of support per week to start**. This is a small, flexible part\-time position that could work well alongside another part\-time or full\-time job, freelance work, school, caregiving, or other responsibilities. Most work can be completed on your own schedule as long as agreed\-upon deadlines are met. I am looking for someone with excellent attention to detail who can take clear instructions, existing templates, notes, photos, videos, and content ideas and turn them into completed, polished work. The right person will be reliable, organized, comfortable asking questions, and able to follow projects through to completion. I would also love to find someone who takes ownership of the role, enjoys contributing creative ideas, and cares about helping the business grow. **Initial Projects and Responsibilities\-**Canva Slide Deck and Design Support One of the first projects will be creating and formatting a professional Canva slide deck using content, branding, and direction provided. Additional Canva responsibilities may include: * Creating and updating presentations, flyers, social media graphics, and other business materials * Following existing branding, fonts, colors, templates, and visual guidelines * Turning rough information into polished, visually appealing materials * Making revisions based on feedback * Designing branded graphics for Spotify playlists and other digital content * Keeping Canva files organized and easy to locate * Carefully checking names, dates, prices, links, and other details before submitting work **Social Media and Creative Content Support** Approximately 1–2 hours per week may be dedicated to social media and creative content support. Responsibilities may include: * Creating social media graphics and simple reels using Canva * Using photos, videos, captions, and content ideas provided * Repurposing existing content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms when appropriate * Scheduling or organizing approved posts * Maintaining a consistent visual style and brand voice * Researching relevant trends, audio, reel formats, and content ideas * Recreating trending content in a way that fits the PlayMotion Kids brand * Creating fun, engaging, and age\-appropriate reels and graphics * Suggesting ideas for posts, recurring content, campaigns, or ways to repurpose existing materials * Engaging thoughtfully with relevant accounts on Instagram and Facebook * Liking, commenting on, and interacting with appropriate local childcare centers, family\-focused businesses, educators, community organizations, and children’s activity providers * Helping build genuine visibility and relationships through consistent, brand\-appropriate engagement *
