As our firm continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper to become an integral member of our accounting team. What You'll Do You will manage the bookkeeping for a portfolio of small business clients while working closely with our tax professionals to ensure each client receives accurate, timely financial information. Responsibilities include: * Manage monthly bookkeeping for multiple clients * Reconcile bank and credit card accounts * Maintain accurate QuickBooks Online files * Record payroll journal entries * Prepare monthly financial statements * Review client books for accuracy and identify discrepancies * Perform bookkeeping cleanup and catch\-up projects * Prepare and file sales tax returns * Communicate directly with clients regarding bookkeeping questions * Assist our tax department with year\-end workpapers * Maintain organized digital files and documentation Qualifications We're looking for someone who has: * **5\+ years of bookkeeping experience** * Extensive experience with **QuickBooks Online** * Strong reconciliation and troubleshooting skills * Experience preparing monthly financial statements * Experience with payroll accounting * Experience with sales tax filings * Excellent communication and client service skills * Strong attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple client deadlines Preferred * QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certification * Experience working for a CPA or accounting firm * Familiarity with TaxDome or similar practice management software The Ideal Candidate The right person is someone who: * Enjoys solving bookkeeping problems * Takes ownership of their work * Can work independently with minimal supervision * Is comfortable speaking directly with clients * Takes pride in producing CPA\-ready financial statements * Wants to grow with a rapidly expanding accounting firm Benefits * Competitive pay based on experience * Paid holidays * Paid time off * Continuing education opportunities * Flexible work schedule * Hybrid/remote work options * Professional growth opportunities Why Join Koleda Capital?
