In this role, you will work behind the scenes alongside experienced engagement leads, helping keep projects organized, communications clear, and stakeholders informed. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who is highly organized, communicates exceptionally well in English, and wants to grow into a project management career within a supportive, collaborative environment.You do not need years of formal project management experience for this role. What matters most is strong written and verbal English communication, professionalism in client interactions, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. You will receive hands-on training, processes, and tools to help you succeed and become an effective contributor to the team.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport engagement leads with the day-to-day coordination of active projectsHelp track project tasks, timelines, action items, and deliverablesPrepare and maintain clear, accurate project documentation, notes, and status updatesCommunicate professionally with internal teams and client stakeholders in clear, fluent EnglishAssist in scheduling meetings, capturing follow-ups, and keeping stakeholders informedHelp ensure information flows smoothly between the engagement lead, internal team, and the clientLearn and apply Tricension's project processes, tools, and best practices over timeProactively flag risks, blockers, or gaps to the engagement leadProvide reliable behind-the-scenes support that keeps engagements running smoothlyRequirementsExcellent written and verbal English communication skills (this is the top priority for the role)Strong, professional communication manner suitable for client-facing interactionsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a structured wayA proactive, dependable, and coachable attitude with a genuine willingness to learnComfortable working fully remotely while staying responsive and accountableAbility to overlap with US (Central Time) business hours for collaboration and meetingsPreferred Skills & Nice-to-HavesSome exposure to project coordination, administration, or a client-support environmentFamiliarity with common collaboration and project tools (e.g., scheduling, documentation, or task-tracking software)Background working with or within SaaS, agency, SMB, or enterprise environmentsExperience supporting US-based or international teams or clientsInterest in building a long-term career in project or account managementTimezone ExpectationsThis role follows US Central Time (CST) working hours.
