Job Description
Exciting new role in a growing media agency. This is a remote position but must reside in the United States. Excellent compensation and benefits package is available. Prior agency experience preferred.
We are looking for a "**Paid Search Architect**" to join our agency and lead the transition from manual campaign management to autonomous agentic orchestration. The ideal candidate does not just "run ads"; they build and oversee intelligent systems that automate research, creative production, and real\-time optimization. Your goal is to collapse traditional marketing timelines, achieving 400% greater efficiency than manual workflows by leveraging Level 5 autonomous tools and advanced prompt engineering.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Autonomous Orchestration:** Deploy and manage Level 5 autonomous agents (e.g., groas) to handle 24/7 bidding, budgeting, and negative keyword management without manual intervention.
* **High\-Volume Creative Production:** Use generative AI platforms (e.g., Segwise, AdCreative.ai) to generate, score, and launch 10\-20\+ performance\-backed ad variations per campaign in minutes rather than hours.
* **Conversational Ad Management:** Utilize Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and conversational interfaces (e.g., Adspirer, Ryze AI) to manage Google, Meta, and TikTok accounts through natural language commands.
* **Generative Engine Optimization (GEO):** Track brand "Citation Share" and visibility within AI\-powered search engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity to capture high\-converting referral traffic.
* **Agentic Workflows:** Design multi\-step AI workflows that automatically detect performance anomalies, diagnose root causes, and queue remediation plans for approval.
**Required Skills \& Technical Competencies**
* **Advanced Prompt Engineering:** Mastery of role\-aware, few\-shot, and chain\-of\-thought prompting to drive high\-quality LLM outputs for strategy and copy.
* **Python \& API Automation:** Ability to write scripts to interface with the OpenAI Chat Completions API and major ad platform APIs to automate repetitive data tasks.
* **Creative Intelligence:** Experience using multimodal AI to tag and analyze winning creative elements to prevent "creative fatigue" before performance drops.
* **Strategic Attribution:** Proficiency in server\-side tracking and first\-party data normalization to ensure AI agents are fed high\-signal data.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* **Certifications:** Google AI Professional Certificate, Vanderbilt University "Agentic AI for Leaders," or DMI "AI in Digital Marketing".
* **Experience:** 3\+ years in Paid Search with a proven track record of using AI to reduce production time by at least 60%.
* **Mindset:** A "Strategic Architect" who views AI as a force multiplier for human creativity and high\-stakes decision\-making
