By synthesizing insights from across the organization, you’ll empower leaders with the visibility needed to optimize site operations and steer high-level decision-making. How You'll Make An ImpactDesign and deploy interactive dashboards and analytical reports to proactively track and monitor quality metrics, providing the visibility needed for teams to meet performance standardsDecode and analyze complex performance datasets to pinpoint the exact levers that optimize patient service levels and accelerate clinical trial deliveryLead both high-frequency reporting and deep-dive ad hoc analytics to keep business initiatives on track and aligned with organizational goalsPartner with departmental leaders across the entire value chain to gather necessary information, ensuring accurate tracking performance with the goal of cross-functional improvementsArchitect key indicators across departments, leading team efforts to produce data that sheds light on execution performance, strengths, and hidden opportunitiesServe as a business consultant to the operations team and a technical point of contact for strategic customers when required.Act as a force multiplier by mentoring junior analysts and championing data literacy through systems training across the organizationThe Expertise You'll Bring Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI is essential for pulling together disparate data setsA conceptual thinker who thrives in ambiguity; you can translate vague business problems into structured analytical projects and pivot as priorities changeA deep-seated curiosity to uncover the "why" behind the numbers, with the ability to create and support a narrative based on quantitative findingsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to site-level staff and organizational leaders alikeHighly organized with a track record of meeting deadlines in fast-paced environmentsCertifications/Licenses, Education, and Experience2+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, enterprise performance, or a similar strategic role. Experience in healthcare or clinical trials is highly preferredA bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field is requiredHow We Work Together Location: Remote within the United States. This role requires 100% of work to be performed in a remote office environment.Travel: This is a remote position with less than 10% travel requirements.
