From solving complex IT challenges to celebratingwins together, we put our people first.Start your journey with Excis and grow with us!​Manage and support F5 BIG‑IP platforms (LTM, GTM/DNS, ASM, APM as applicable) Perform L3 troubleshooting for application delivery, load balancing, and firewall‑related issues Implement configuration changes, policy updates, and SSL certificate management Analyze traffic flows and security events to ensure optimal performance and protection Participate in incident response and root‑cause analysis for F5‑related issues Support automation or scripting tasks for configuration consistency (e.g., Python, iControl REST) Maintain documentation for configurations, standards, and operational procedures Collaborate with network and security teams to support enterprise‑wide initiatives RequirementsStrong hands‑on experience with F5 BIG‑IP modules Deep understanding of L4–L7 traffic flows, TCP/IP, and application delivery Ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently at an L3 level Experience working in remote/nearshore support models BenefitsWhy Join Us?:At Excis, your work matters.
