Every day our support services make a real impact on our clients' success. **Role Overview** As a Customer Support Specialist at Evergreen Support, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our clients' customers through email communication. You will also be responsible for updating documentation about various support scenarios and communicating those process changes to the team. This position will focus primarily on our B2B SaaS accounts, but there may be times you support B2C or Ecommerce clients as needed. Key Responsibilities: * Email Support: Promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries and concerns via email. Your exceptional written communication skills will be essential in providing clear and concise solutions, addressing customer needs, and ensuring a positive customer experience. * Debugging Customer Reported Issues: Investigate and confirm steps to reproduce technical issues reported by customers. Your problem solving skills will help break down the reported issue into key components, find the point of failure, and report to key members of the team following standard escalation policies. * Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation that serves as a knowledge base for both our clients and internal team. Your ability to articulate complex concepts in a user\-friendly manner will be critical in developing comprehensive and easy\-to\-understand documentation resources. * Multi\-Inbox Management: You will work across multiple inboxes, efficiently organizing and prioritizing incoming emails. Your excellent organizational and time management skills will ensure timely responses and effective resolution of customer issues. **Benefits** **Remote First, Work from Home** We are a remote first, distributed company.
