Our client is seeking one who can partner closely with HR, Finance, Supply Chain business leaders to ensure Workday is stable, scalable, secure and aligned with critical objectives. The ideal candidate brings deep functional expertise, strong people leadership and hands-on experience managing complex ERP environments.Work Location: Remote but must reside in one of the following states: Southeast Region, including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Virginia.Key Responsibilities:ERP Platform LeadershipOwn the overall strategy, roadmap, and governance for the Workday ecosystemLead configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Financials, Recruiting, Learning)Ensure system scalability, performance, data integrity, and compliance with organizational policiesStakeholder & Business PartnershipServe as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teamsTranslate business requirements into Workday solutions and enhancementsProvide strategic guidance on Workday capabilities, best practices, and future releasesTeam & Vendor ManagementManage and mentor Workday analysts, administrators, and support staffOversee relationships with Workday and third-party vendors/implementation partners Set priorities, allocate resources, and manage workloads across the teamSystem Enhancements & IntegrationsLead Workday releases, updates, and regression testing cyclesOversee integrations between Workday and third-party systems (e.g., benefits vendors, payroll providers, identity management, ERP systems)Ensure integrations are secure, reliable, and well documentedImplements and maintains policies, procedures, and goals to meet our client's needsProvides oversight of resource allocation for application implementation and upgrade projectsEnsures proper operation of information systems and plans necessary application life cycle upgradesSecurity, Compliance & ReportingManage Workday security roles, domains, and business process frameworksEnsure compliance with data privacy, audit, and regulatory requirementsSupport advanced reporting, dashboards, and analytics to enable data-driven decisionsContinuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to streamline processes and improve user experienceMonitor system usage and performance metrics to drive optimizationStay current on Workday product updates, roadmap items, and industry trendsApply today!Originally posted on Himalayas
